By accessing or using the ScribePlay website and game top-up services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Service. By using ScribePlay, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
ScribePlay provides game top-up services in Thailand. Users may request top-ups for supported games by providing their in-game User ID and other required details. All payments are processed exclusively in Thai Baht (THB) via PromptPay.
To use our Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Order Submission: Once you submit a top-up order with the correct in-game ID and details, orders are processed automatically or manually within the stated timeframe.
Payment: All payments must be made via PromptPay in Thai Baht (THB). You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including any applicable taxes.
Price and Availability: All prices are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any game top-up or currency.
We strive to deliver top-ups within the time indicated on the Service. However, delivery may be delayed due to third-party factors (e.g., game server issues, payment processing delays). ScribePlay is not liable for any delays beyond our reasonable control.
No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital game top-ups, all sales are final. Once an order is completed and delivered to the provided in-game ID, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted.
Exceptions: If an order fails to deliver due to an error on our part, you may be eligible for a refund or re-delivery. Such requests must be submitted to support@scribeplay.com within 7 days of the order.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
Not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may not use the Service to:
Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.
Circumvent payment systems or chargeback valid transactions.
Abuse our customer support or refund policies.
All content on the ScribePlay website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Tech Scribe Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScribePlay and Tech Scribe Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScribePlay, Tech Scribe Technology Co., Ltd., and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
